Modular Pocket Filter AERMIST TA
The pocket filter designed and developed by Tama Aernova is a dry filtration system used to purify the air from suspended solid particles. The modular pocket filter AERMIST TA has been developed by Tama Aernova for the separation of the oil from the suctioned air through the passage of the fluid through several separation stages and to be easily applied on machine tools and automatic processing lines. It is therefore suitable for the abatement of oil emulsions and integral oil. The AERMIST TA filter can be equipped with a module called "at rest" which guarantees oil recovery even during normal filter operation. It is designed for heavy filtration of oil fumes and mists and is therefore suitable for use in metalworking industries and in all those industrial processes that use oily lubricants. Many applications concern medium or large machine tools and the filter works correctly both in the presence of whole lubricating oil and oily emulsion. The filtered oil is deposited in the lower part of the separator and then comes out from the special drain siphon. The almost total recovery of the oil and therefore its recycling is guaranteed. The construction of the AERMIST TA is entirely electro-welded with a hydraulic seal and guarantees, absolutely, the absence of oil leaks. The arrangement of the insertion of absolute filters with very high efficiency allows the option of replenishing the filtered air in the environment. The differential pressure switch and the pressure gauge (standard), provide indications regarding the state of blockage of the internal filters, checking the pressure drops, indicating the time of replacement of the filtering elements.
Advantages
The installation of this pocket filter makes it possible to treat a wide range of pollutants and guarantees the quality of the air in the production environment and the protection of those who work there.
The pocket filter is characterized by good sturdiness, low pressure drop, high efficiency and economy, characteristics that make it suitable for use in various filtration systems, with low operating costs.
How it works
The flue gases and the pollutants present in it are conveyed to the filtering pockets passing from the outside to the inside, depositing the impurities outside the filtering elements. The pockets can be protected upstream by the arrival of the coarser particles with one or more pre-filtration sections and completed downstream with one or more active carbon post-filtration sections or with HEPA absolute filters. The polluted air enters the filter from the rear wall; it passes through the vertical settling chamber where a first separation of the suspended particles in the fluid takes place, thanks to the sharp decrease in the speed of the incoming fluid due to the suddenly greater section. The separated oil particles fall into the hopper and then converge in the drain siphon; the air is further filtered as it passes through the filtering stages and, if present, to the absolute filter which holds the submicronic particles.
The filtering section is composed of:
- Mechanical pre-filtration by metallic pre-filter;
- Drop separator (optional);
- High efficiency microfibre pocket filter (95%) classification F9 (EN 779: 2002);
- Post filtration (optional) with absolute filters H13
The basic model can be completed with a section containing the suction unit (fan) and the relative electric motor (Configuration "M")
